Reistville Corner Store is your store for family time, education and more. We carry books, new and used homeschool curriculum, specialty board games, classic toys, stringed instruments (see our Pickers' Corner page on this site), science kits and equipment, a large selection of Melissa & Doug products, snacks, cards, gifts, and so much more! We also have free events like Story Time for pre schoolers, along with art lessons, and other fun or informative events (see the events section below for details). Whether you are a homeschooling family looking for curriculum and supplies, a parent looking to help with their students education or just looking for some good old-fashion fun, we are the store for you!

USED HOMESCHOOL CURRICULUM:  Our used book selection is growing quickly.  We've added an additional 12 book cases and they're filling fast, we currently have over 3,000 books on the shelves.  So, when you're ready to buy this year's books why not come check us out.  And, if you have books you're done with or some that you just never got around to using, consider letting us help you sell them.  Check with us for our policy and schedule a drop off time (an appointment IS REQUIRED) .

- The Best Kept Secrets Tour.  Get your ticket at Reistville Corner Store for the Lebanon/Dauphin County Best Kept Secrets Tour.  The event runs from September 15 through October 1st.  There are 30 businesses on the tour (12 are new to the tour this year).  Tickets are $9.00.  Stop in and pick yours up today (tickets are on sale through the last day of the event).  The tour gives you opportunity for big savings, prizes, freebies, games, fun and finding businesses you didn't know about before.  Don't miss the fun - get your ticket today!

- Children's Game Day.  Children ages 6-15 are invited to join us for a fun game day event on Saturday October 15th .  We'll play various games (board games, dice games and bingo) and finish the event with some snacks.  The event begins at 10:30 and ends at approx. 11:30, it's FREE and there is no sign-up necessary.

-Loom Weaving Craft Day. Come join the fun as we learn how to weave potholders using a loom.  The event is for ages 7 through adult and it will be held on Saturday November 12th, beginning at 10:30 and ending at approx. 11:30.  The event is free but we do need you to sign up aheaad of time for this event.  Sign up deadline is 11/9.  You will have the option to buy a loom frame and hook to take home for $2.

-Christmas Craft Event.  Saturday, December 3rd will be our annual Christmas event geared to children ages 6 to 12.  They will be able to make an ornament to take home and also some Christmas cards which we'll collect and deliver to our local nursing home residents.  The event starts at 10:30 and will last until approx. 11:30, it is free and there is no sign-up necessary.

-Kids Palette Art Lessons,   As the children head back to school, our art lessons head back to meeting on Saturday mornings.  The class is taught by a certified art teacher and will meet the 1st Saturday of each month starting October 1st, from 11:00 - 11:45. The lessons are for children ages 5-15, with seperate lessons for eaach age group (5-10 and 11-15) but both will be held at the same time slot.  The cost is $5.00 per child, per lesson. No sign-up necessary.

Consignment Policy:  We're expanding our used homeschool curriculum section and need your books.
                                              Please call for our policy and to set up a drop off time.

Items that will be accepted for consignment are as follows: current edition curriculum, children's general reading books, science supplies/equipment, manipulatives, and games that have all of their pieces. All items must be in nice to like-new condition (workbooks may have minimal writing in them). We do not accept old edition curriculum, public school text books, magazines or encyclopedias.
